None. It’s $9/month per course, month to month, and you can cancel anytime. Most digital scorecards we’ve seen run $10 to $49 a month, or around $199 to $399 a year. You try it free for 30 days first, no card needed, then it’s $9/month if you keep it. If nobody uses it, do nothing and you never pay.

Keep the paper. The easiest setup is to print the QR right on your existing cards, or on a small sign at hole 1. Anyone who wants their phone uses it, and everyone else grabs a pencil. Nothing about how you run the course changes.

Some won’t, and that’s fine. It’s a normal camera scan, no download and no account, so it’s about as easy as it gets. The trial is free for 30 days, then $9/month if you keep it, so you’ll see for yourself whether your players use it before you spend a dollar.

We plan to keep it running for the long term. If we ever stop, you get 60 days’ notice, billing stops, any unused paid time is refunded, and you get your own copy of the scorecard files. Tip: if you print the QR on your cards, use a free subdomain like scores.yourcourse.com, so printed codes keep working wherever it’s hosted.

No accounts and no sign-up. Player names and scores stay on the phone they were typed on, and we never receive them. No ads, no tracking, no analytics. Like any website, our host keeps standard server logs for security. Details are in our privacy policy.

Yes, there’s an optional one-line sponsor or promo message. It’s included in setup.

Yes. Hole, par and branding changes (pars, colors, logo, sponsor line) are included while you subscribe, within reason. We usually make them within 7 days.

The trial ends on day 30, and nothing is charged automatically: we don’t have a card for you. To keep it, it’s $9/month per course. About 3 days before the end, we email you a reminder. Reply to that email or use the contact form, and confirm the terms. We then send you a monthly Square invoice. You pay the first one by card and keep the card on file, and it renews monthly until you cancel. Your first charge is the day after the trial ends. If you don’t keep it, the scorecard shows a friendly “taking a break” message, your account closes, and you owe nothing. We keep your setup for 12 months so you can come back, and you can ask us to delete it anytime. If you do keep it and change your mind, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.

By card, through a monthly Square invoice that’s paid automatically from the card you keep on file with Square. Nothing is charged in the free 30 days, and we don’t ask for a card until you tell us you want to keep it. Then it’s $9/month per course, plus any sales tax that applies, renewing monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime by email or the contact form; we stop billing within 1 business day. If a payment fails, we email you once and your scorecard keeps working 7 days. After that we forgive the charge and close the account. No collections. If you don’t continue, we keep your setup for 12 months in case you come back. You can ask us to delete it anytime.

No. Pause free for up to 6 months in any 12-month period. Tell us by email or the contact form when you close and when you reopen. Nothing is charged while you’re paused, players see a friendly “taking a break” message, and your setup stays put. We email you at least 7 days before billing restarts.

Yes. A subdomain on your existing domain (like scores.yourcourse.com) is included free with your subscription. You just add one DNS record we send you. Or use a new domain that you buy and own.
